We offer free nationwide shipping. Shipment details will be provided once we ship your order. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party carriers or factors beyond our control. We will try our best to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee it. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, contact us, and we will try to resolve the issue. In case of delivery to a non-service area or restricted service area, you may be asked to collect your products from a central pick-up point.

Software Disclaimer (Candela RMS):
Even though Makreem has completed staff training on Candela RMS and installed the software and running successfully, Makreem makes NO WARRANTY to go live and accuracy for transactions. Even though Makreem has trained The Client Team, it shall not be responsible for operations, data entry, and management of the software. Makreem will not be responsible for any technical errors, Networking Issues, Hardware-related errors, and troubleshooting. The Client cannot claim any amount paid for services, either software running or not. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
LumenSoft Software Disclaimer:
Even though LumenSoft has tested and reviewed the software and documentation, LumenSoft MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ITS FITNESS FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AS A RESULT, THIS SOFTWARE IS SOLD “AS IS,” AND YOU, THE LICENSEE, ARE ASSUMING THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO ITS PERFORMANCE AND SUITABILITY IN YOUR ORGANIZATION. This means:
– The software works well as described in the sales materials and documentation.
– LumenSoft does not warrant that every function contained in the program will run uninterrupted or error-free in every situation.
– LumenSoft will not be liable for the loss of work or productivity caused by any faulty or inadequate computer hardware or system software.
– You should only purchase Candela for the features and capabilities it contains now, not what has been planned for future releases.
IN NO EVENT WILL LUMENSOFT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE SOFTWARE OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.
